1 This action was filed on relation of the State of Oklahoma by Tommy Asbill as a resident taxpayer of Adair County, and those similarly situated, against the Board of County Commissioners of Adair County, County Excise Board of Adair County, Office of District Attorney, 27th District Attorney District, the Adair County Treasurer, and the officers holding such positions, jointly and severally. The action was brought as a taxpayer suit under 62 O.S. 1971 §Â§ 372 and 373 .
