alleged to have been negligent. C & A did not pay Worthington. PROCEEDINGS. - Worthington obtained an arbitral award and sued for confirmation and foreclosure of a mechanic's lien. The
district court confirmed but reduced interest to 10%, refused foreclosure, and denied C & A's claim against Buehner.
Worthington and C & A appealed.
